Browser not opening webpage while recording

I try to record the site in HP VuGen, I basically get a Page Cannot be Displayed Error.
This happens with all IE, Firefox, and Chrome browsers ,can someone suggest what can be the issue and how can it be resolved?

I am stuck at this for like past 2 hours.

Looks like a ssl issue to me - The default SSL settings in VuGen use SSL 2/3. Try experimenting with options here

Record > Recording Options > Mapping and Filtering > Options > Change SSL version to TLS 1.0

Google works wit TLS 1.0
