Please check whether main instance is enabled or not..
 
Tats where I'm facing with this problem. I have opened vts in browser and when I try to enable its asking for this port number
 
So what happened when you provided that port number??
 
ohhh... Then it is the port number which you have specified while installing the vts server. You should try with that Port number. Try with port number: 8888.. By default port number is 8888
 
Nope I didn't gav any port number when I have installed.tried with 8888 no luck
 
ok.. Please share the error that you are getting. Also share the main instance whole page..

the issue is i have installed VTS. when i open or start my VTS its asking for API ACCESS PORT. i have tried with difference port number. but still no luck
 
Could be access related issue, get admin access on the machine and try
