I am facing issue with PC 11.52 and IE11. Earlier it was IE 11 which I downgraded to IE8( on some advise). Now I am not able to get all ALM components on IE.While trying to install but looks like PC components are not getting downloaded. Repeatedly it is prompting for ‘ Run ‘ and taking back to ‘Click on the Launch the installation’.-ALM-Platform-Loader but not proceeding. Any input? Thanks
 
Try to run as admin. It should fix it. I faced similar issue and sorted out by running with admin privileges
 
Try with " active x filtering" as off. This resolved the issue for me.
 
Clean up existing QC client installation (Qc uninstall exe will do the job).. And open IE as an admin and install client.. Also try it in different system, just to ensure it is nothing to do with server installation ..
 
Thanks guy.It got resolved by managing compatible view in IE
