Since a certain place has Linux as the preferred OS as first choice, this would be great. Linux with vmware esx support?

Do you mean the host OS? We test all of our supported OSes as ESX guest machines.

That answered by question then. Good deal. I haven't released any Linux LG's to the wild yet. The Windows guests work great, but that timing option is a MUST for handling host time stamps down to the guest LG instance.
