LR 11.5 Vugen got corrupted. Getting exception while launching. Is there a way to uninstall Vugen only in 11.5? This is a controller machine and has license installed. Please suggest.

check in Control panel.. are you using this machine as controller?

Yes.. This is controller. In control panel there is no seperate component as vugen to uninstall.

You can run installation utility and install vugen only. Also check if you admin rights hasn't changed.

Try installing over it. There also might be a Repair option.

You can simply try resetting all VuGen app setting by deleting LoadRunner folder under %appdata% folder. Also if you will post the error message it can help.

Lakshmi Narayan, deleting LoadRunner folder under %appdata% folder just resets the user settings, it doesn't break anything. Just in case you can backup this folder first or start by deleting VuGen sub folder first.

Thank you. The issue is resolved after re-installing again. Installed complete suite and licesense is not deleted or corrupted for the controller.
