Bhubala, yes it's possible. Once you install LoadRunner, open VuGen and check the documentation for ".NET protocol". Also on HPLN, you can find some interesting best practice documents, including .NET Protocol best practices: https://hpln.hp.com/node/9814/otherfiles

If you aren't very familiar with correlations. You are in for one wild ride. .Net apps usually have hundreds of correlations in them for state control. Record a couple very simple transaction paths then create the vugen record time correlation rules. It's well worth the effort up front!
