Workbench section not showing in apache jmeter

I am new to jmeter. I successfully installed jmeter into my windows machine. I opened "jmeter.bat" under apache-jmeter-4.0\bin. But the jmeter window is not showing the workbench section in the left panel. I have attached the screenshot below in the ApacheJmeter. Help me with the issue.

Workbench has been eliminated from JMeter 4.0 and JMeter 5.0 and JMeter 5.1.1, recorder is available in Test Plan itself.
