Hi All, I am recording a Oracle Seibel app with LR 11.52, problem at the time of recording is, 1) it does not capture some of the transaction like home page, submit of user name passord(only record cookies) 2)between web_start_transaction and web_end transaction the events are Zero(Not record anything). 3) Unnecessary hell lot of event get capture(browser ask for certificate) I tried every possible recording option, TSL, SSL ,winInet.. Thank you

You're not even stating what protocol you use. Are yo trying to script Siebel with the http prototcol by chance? Then good luck, and you better be talking C. Cause you're gonna need some custom scripting!

What is your Browser version?? What is your Siebel version 8 or 8.1?? What SSL connection used during recording?? Also ensure that you use correct SSL connection in your port mapping settings because this gives the clear picture of http traffic Regarding (3): if it asks for certificate Install the certificate in the \bin folder and restart your machine Before you start with new recording Hope this helps you...

Vinodh for point 1) who can we figure it out that which connection (SSL /TSL/winInet) we have to use and which version... for point 3 )how to install certificate and where to update(where bin??) location ???
