How Can we increase or decrease the load while running the test?
 
You can manually start and stop users using the run window. Alternatively, we have commands to do so using command line...check for the same in help file.
 
Well it seems you are much verse with controller and it's commands... So please do the needful by digging into help file and suitable APIs directory. If you can use web_set from cmd... Do share the process... It might enlighten HP itself
