Why does my Vugen crash every time it...

Why does my Vugen crash every time it encounters async communication? I'm trying to simulate polling using web_reg_async_attributes command(this step exeecutes successfully); but the script stalls after this step and I'm forced to kill the vugen instance each time.
 
Nothing stands out. Hoping someone more technical than me has an idea.
 
Ok....I'm trying out several combinations of async patterns. Will let everyone know, once I figure it out.
 
Ashwin Nair can you try to kill only the UTTDebugger process and not VuGen process and see if it gets unstuck?
